We recognize that there are still residents without electricity since Friday's storm.  Please note that PECO is still working on restoring power to those who have been waiting since Friday, while trying to handle new outages caused by today's storm.

Residents experiencing issues with their electric or natural gas service should (continue to) contact PECO at 1-800-841-4141.

Residents can also report issues at peco.com using their phone, tablet or computer or through PECO’s mobile app.

Through PECO's customer preference center, PECO customers can choose to receive a message via text, email or phone, when power is out in their area, when power is restored, or when the estimated restoration time for their outage changes. 

Customers can visit peco.com/alerts to sign up.
