- Child Health Assessment (Form CD 51): The Child Health Assessment must be completed and signed by a registered physician, CRNP, or PA and be dated no more than 12 months prior to the first day that your child will attend Cedar Grove Summer Camp.
- Camper Medication Log: Required to be submitted with any camper medications.
- Camper Support Services Information Form: Required for any support services for campers during camp hours.
General Information
Cedar Grove Camp provides a fun, safe, and structured environment, specifically designed for our youngest campers! Cedar Grove Campers always have something to look forward to, since the camp calendar is jam-packed with exciting trips, visitors, special events, crafts, games, and so much more! Cedar Grove Camp’s structure creates a safe & welcoming environment, even for our campers with limited-to-no experience in independent social settings, such as pre-schools or day-cares. Also, no need to worry, camp is held rain or shine!
Ages
Cedar Grove Camp is designed to serve campers ages 3 through 6.
Location
Cedar Grove Camp is held at Cedar Grove Park & Barn; a mixed indoor-outdoor camp setting. The camp utilizes the entire Cedar Grove Park campus, including the Cedar Grove Barn, which provides an air-conditioned space to help campers beat the summer heat. Cedar Grove Park is located in Whitemarsh Township, at 100 Cedar Grove Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
Hours
Cedar Grove Camp runs 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, for 9 consecutive weeks each summer. Before & After Care, also known as "Gecko Club", is available on-site each day, for an additional cost. Before Care begins at 7:00am and After Care ends at 6:00pm, each day. Registration
Registration for Cedar Grove Camp opens to Whitemarsh Township Residents only, in early-to-mid December, each year. Non-Residents are able to register for any available Cedar Grove Camp spots, beginning in mid-February. Exact registration dates vary, each year. Cedar Grove Camp registration is à la carte. You’re able to register for a single week, a handful of specific weeks, or even all 9 weeks! This camp fills quickly and spots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Waitlists
A waitlist will be created for each individual week, once that week reaches the maximum number of registrations. If you try to register for a week that is filled, you will be added to the waitlist automatically, at no cost. In the event that a spot becomes available for a previously filled week, individuals on the waitlist will be contacted in the order in which they were enrolled.
Camp Calendar
Cedar Grove Campers always have something to look forward to, since the camp calendar is jam-packed with exciting trips, visitors, special events, crafts, games, and so much more! Each year, the camp calendar is typically finalized & made available in May. As soon as this year's Cedar Grove Camp Calendar is ready, it will be made available here.
Required Camper Records
Cedar Grove Camp is a licensed Child Care Center, through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Office of Child Development and Early Learning (55 PA. Code, Chapter 3270). As such, parents/guardians are required to submit specific documents & information to the camp, for their campers' file. Failure to submit any of the required documents or information prior to the 1st day that your child is registered to attend, may result in their removal from the program.
