The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office serves as the Open Records Appeals Office where criminal investigative records have been requested from any police department or law enforcement agency within Montgomery County, PA. Any appeal of a denial of request for a criminal investigative record from Whitemarsh Township, including from the Whitemarsh Township Police Department, shall be directed to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office Open Records Appeals Officer.
