As of January 1, 2011 the Recreation Department has stopped offering hosted birthday parties. The Cedar Grove Barn is still available for rental, if you are interested in utilizing the space to host your own party.
The Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of venues available for your party needs. Please visit the Township's rental page for a complete listing of all spaces available.
Whitemarsh Township offers Pool Parties at the Plymouth Whitemarsh High School pool on Friday nights. The seasons run from September through December, and January through May. The Township offers two types of pool parties (hosted or private). If you are interested in booking a Pool Party please contact Jon Walker, Whitemarsh Township Recreation Program Coordinator at 610-828-7276 x-2402 or jwalker@whitemarshtwp.org.

(Hosted Pool Party Participants are more than welcome to bring in additional food and beverage for their participants. )
Private Pool Parties you do everything yourself, you are simply renting the space. The Township will provide one 6 foot long table to use for your party. Participants may bring outside food and beverage to serve at the party.
Private Pool Parties MAY NOT USE THE DIVING BOARD as a staffed party coordinator is required to be onsite in order for the use of the diving board.

FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE--exit at Exit #333, the Norristown/Plymouth Meeting Exit. Take the first right out of the tool booth, which puts you on Germantown Pike heading east. Get in the left hand land and proceed through the traffic light at Germantown Pike and Chemical Road. Continue up the hill to the traffic light at Germantown Pike and Butler Pike (the Plymouth Friends Meetinghouse will be on the right). Continue east on Germantown Pike for about one-fourth of a mile, turn left into the parking lot in front of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
FROM THE BLUE ROUTE--proceed North on the end of the Blue Route to exit 19. Follow the exit ramp onto Chemical Road . Stay in center lane and proceed to traffic light at Germantown Pike. Turn right onto Germantown Pike and proceed up the hill to the traffic light at Germantown Pike and Butler Pike (the Plymouth Friends Meetinghouse will be on the right). Continue east on Germantown Pike for about one-fourth of a mile, turn left into the parking lot in front of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
FROM RIDGE AVENUE IN PHILADELPHIA--proceed west on Ridge Avenue, traveling through Roxborough, into Montgomery County. Ridge Avenue becomes Ridge Pike and follow it to the intersection of Joshua Road in Lafayette Hill (you will have passed St. Philip Neri Church). Turn right onto Joshua Road and proceed to the next intersection at Germantown Pike. Turn left, proceed west on Germantown Pike (you will pass Miles Park on the right), and turn right onto the parking lot in front of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
FROM ROUTE 309 --exit at the Fort Washington Interchange and proceed straight onto Pennsylvania Avenue . Proceed west on Pennsylvania to the intersection with Bethlehem Pike. Turn left on Bethlehem Pike and proceed to the first traffic light. Turn right and you will quickly reach the traffic light at Lafayette Ave. Turn left onto Lafayette Avenue. Lafayette Ave. turns into Joshua Road on the other side of Skippack Pike. Continue south on Joshua Road, past Militia Hill Road, past the Militia Hill State Park, past Stenton Avenue, past a quarry, to the intersection at Flourtown Road. Turn right on Flourtown Road and proceed to Colonial Drive. Turn left onto Colonial Drive and proceed past the Colonial Elementary School, to Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
