Registration Information

The Parks & Recreation Department offers many different registration options. The Parks & Recreation Department accepts Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

Walk-in: Registration is held Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Whitemarsh Township Parks & Recreation Building. Payment is accepted in cash, check or credit card. If you'd like to pre-fill your registration form before you arrive, please click here.
Phone: Call us at 610.828.7276 option 2 to register over the phone using your credit card.
Mail-in: Please complete the registration form. Send with payment to: Whitemarsh Recreation, 4021 Joshua Road, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.
Fax: You can fax your completed registration form to the Recreation Department at (610) 828-7391 with your credit card information.
Internet Registration: Please follow these steps to complete an online Program Registration.

Click Here to be directed to the Online Registration Website.
Click on the program that you would like to register for.
Click the green "Register Now" button at the bottom of the page.
You will now have the option to log in or create an accout if this is the first time you are registering online.
Once you are logged in or have created an account, You need to agree to the waiver, enter your bithdate and signature at the bottom of the page.
You now need to enter the participants information. If it's yourself you are registering, just leave "myself" checked off. If you are registering a child you need to click on "someone else" and enter in their information.
Click next
If you are registering another family member click on the green "register someone else" button under your cart summary.
If you are done registering, please fill in your billing and payment information and click the green"Pay Now" button on the bottom of the page.
All programs are subject to refunds. Please see the Refund Policies for the Parks & Recreation Department .

Participants interested in utilizing a Payment Plan should fill out the Payment Plan form. The form can be found by clicking here. In order to expedite your time at the registration desk, please have the form completely filled out. This is a direct debit system. You may choose to set this up by using your Credit or Debit Card, or a checking account. If you have any questions regarding the Payment Plans please contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 610.828.7276 option 2.
