MANOR ROAD
Manor Road will be CLOSED to through traffic between Ridge Pike and River Road and CLOSED to ALL traffic from Dawnwood Road to 500-feet northeast (toward Ridge Pike) of Dawnwood Road.
2011 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
General Asphalt Paving Company of Philadelphia will be recommended to the Board of Supervisors to be awarded the Whitemarsh Township 2011 Road Improvement Project contract. LEELAND PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Landmark Construction Services, Inc. has been awarded the Leeland Park Improvement Project contract. A copy of the Contractor Responsibility Determination is available for viewing in pdf format: Contractor Responsibility Determination
Construction is scheduled to begin on or around September 26. Work will be performed Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and some Saturdays. Leeland Park neighborhood residents will be provided a 48 hour notification for works performed on Saturdays.

JOSHUA ROAD AND GERMANTOWN PIKE
Starting in January 9, 2012 until April 15, 2012, Aqua PA will be replacing sections of the water lines at the following roads:
This project is expected to take 2-3 months to complete. Road closures will occur on weekdays between 9 AM and 3 PM. Some Saturdays may be necessary to keep the project on schedule.
School buses, as well as school staff, faculty, and students WILL be permitted to access PW High School/Colonial Elementary School at all times. Traffic control persons will be on scene daily to assist. HOwever, thru-traffic on Joshua or Germantown may not be permitted during certain periods.
Temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted int he area of construction.

THOMAS ROAD, STENTON AVENUE, FLOURTOWN ROAD
Starting Thursday, September 15, 2011 until November, 2011, Aqua PA will be replacing the water main on the following streets in Whitemarsh Township & Springfield Township:
The work and detour hours on Stenton Avenue and Flourtown Road will be 9 am to 3 pm. The work hours on Thomas Road will be 7 am to 3:30 pm. Some Saturdays may be necessary to keep the project on schedule. Aqua PA asks that commuters avoid traveling through the construction zone whenever possible. Temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted in the areas of construction.

EDMONDS ROAD (Between Germantown Pike and Ridge Pike)
Danella Construction will be replacing the gas main on Edmonds Road between Ridge Pike and Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill starting the week of February 8, 2012 and will be on going for approximately 4 weeks.
The installation of the service should not have any immediate effect on access to the roads or the houses on Edmond Road but street parking may be restricted.
