The Code of the Township of Whitemarsh

Montgomery County, Pennsylvania by amending the zoning of certain properties located in the Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown Area to VC Village Commercial
Zoning District, or to AA, or B Residential Zoning Districts.

Pennsylvania, amending Part II, Chapter 105, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Code of the Township of Whitemarsh to delete the provision for refuse
facility in the Village Commercial District.

ancestry, sex, national origin, handicap or disability, use of guide or support animals because of blindness, deafness, or physical handicap of the user or
because the user is a handler or trainer of support or guide animals, or because of an individual's sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression;
providing definitions; and providing penalties.
