The Code of the Township of Whitemarsh is a codified, indexed and searchable electronic copy of the Ordinances of Whitemarsh Township that is produced and updated by General Code Publishers.
The current version is Supplement No. 6, containing Ordinances adopted on September 10, 2009 and earlier. Ordinances adopted after September 11, 2009 are available for viewing and/or printing from the news article entitled "Recently Adopted Ordinances" on the home page.
Prior to visiting the General Code Publishers web site, some instructions are beneficial. The site lists the Chapters of the Code with choices/actions (open/print/close, located on the right hand side of each Chapter button) and Search function options (located on the upper left of the screen). It's advisable to maximize your browser as each screen contains a significant amount of information.
The completely updated Code of the Township of Whitemarsh is available for sale to the public. To order copies please call General Code Publishers at 1-800-836-8834. Copies of individual Chapters 58, 105 and 116 are also available for sale at the Township Building.
