The Board of Supervisors at their June, 2008 public meeting appointed the Media Communications Advisory Board to serve the citizens of Whitemarsh Township by providing timely public information about government meetings, services, programs and events through the use of the Government Access Channel on the cable television systems serving the community.
The purpose of the Media Communications Advisory Board, in addition to providing oversight of the Government Access Channel, is to facilitate and coordinate all media communication services provided by the Township and the dissemination of information relating to governance of the Township and activities and services of interest to its residents.
