Emergency Services Board

Meets 3rd Wednesday, alternating months 7:00 PM. Check the Township website calendar for meeting locations. (February/April/June/August/October/December)

Township Calendar of Meetings and Events

The Emergency Services Board assists in the provision of primarily volunteer emergency services in the Township, proposes amendments to the Fire Prevention Code, regulations and other codes and reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors concerning any proposed changes to the code or its regulations, and advises the Board of Supervisors from time to time on all matters involving the provision of volunteer emergency services in the Township.

Membership on the Emergency Services Board consists of representatives from Township residents (one from each Fire District, who may not be a member of a Whitemarsh Township volunteer emergency service agency), the volunteer emergency service agencies, the Whitemarsh Police Department, Board of Supervisors and Township staff.
