Curbside Yard-Waste Collection

​Christmas Tree Pick Up
Christmas Trees can be left out with regular yard waste for pick up every Wednesday by J.P. Mascaro.  There is no special tree pick up schedule.
Fall Leaf Collection
Every fall, the Township Public Works Department provides leaf collection service to the residents of the Township. For 2016, the fall leaf collection begins on Monday, October 17 and will continue until Monday, December 19. The Township Public Works Department will make every effort to collect from each street at least once per week. All leaves for last pick up must be piled out on the streets by 6:30 a.m. on Monday, December 19.

Residents are asked to pile the leaves onto the curb for the Township Public Works Department to collect - leaves are not to be bagged.

Burning
It is unlawful to burn leaves, cuttings, grass or trash in Whitemarsh Township.

Township Curbside Yard-Waste Collection
Curbside yard-waste is collected every Wednesday.

J. P. Mascaro & Sons collects yard-waste from residential properties. It is not necessary to call the township to schedule yard-waste collection.

Items permitted in residential yard-waste collection include grass clippings placed in biodegradable paper bags or in containers; bundled shrubs, brush or plants, excluding dirt, and under 4 feet in length and bundled tree branches under 3 inches in diameter and under 4 feet in length.
