  1. Administration

    The Administration Department manages the day-to-day operations of the Township.

  2. Building, Permitting & Licensing

    Prior to starting any new building process, residents are encouraged to make an appointment with the Building and Permits Department to review the process.

  3. Emergency Management

    The Township Office of Emergency Management is pro-active within the community, constantly training to keep up-to-date with everyday changes in the technology for the safety of everyone living and working in the township.

  4. Finance

    The Finance Department is responsible for the administration of activities pertaining to the receipt, expenditure, accounting, investment, custody and control of municipal funds and assets.

  5. Parks & Recreation

    Whitemarsh Township offers park facilities available for rent, as well as summer camp and assorted special events.

  6. Planning & Zoning

    The Township Zoning Ordinance divides the township into zoning districts to accommodate various types of development and uses of land.

  7. Police

    The sworn officers and civilian employees of the Whitemarsh Police Department appreciate the opportunity to work with you in making Whitemarsh Township a safe and enjoyable place to live, work and visit.

  8. Public Works

    The Public Works Department maintains all township-owned buildings, parks and open spaces; streets, bridge, storm and sanitary sewers; and township automotive and construction equipment.
